This Refund and Return Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") applies to all transactions for products purchased through our e-commerce platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing a product, you agree to comply with the provisions of this Policy.
1.1 General Return Requirements

We shall only be liable for quality issues of the products sold on the Platform itself, and shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the products (e.g., loss of profits, inconvenience). If the product you received differs materially from the description on the product detail page, we shall only be liable for return, exchange, or refund, and shall not bear any additional compensation liability (unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations).
We may adjust the content of this Policy based on business conditions. The revised Policy will be posted in a prominent location on the Platform with a clearly indicated effective date. Your continued purchase of products after the Policy is revised constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. This Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the U.S. federal government and states. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with relevant legal provisions.
