Terms and Conditions

 This Refund and Return Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") applies to all transactions for products purchased through our e-commerce platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing a product, you agree to comply with the provisions of this Policy.


1. Eligibility and Timeframe for Returns

1.1 General Return Requirements

Within [30] days of receiving your product, you may request a return if the product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging with all accessories (e.g., labels, instructions, parts) intact, and does not affect secondary sale. Some special products (e.g., those clearly marked as "Non-Returnable") are excluded, and details shall be subject to the product detail page.


1.2 Return Restrictions for Special Products

The following products generally do not support returns (unless there is a quality issue):

  • Customized products (e.g., engraved products, size-customized products);
  • Perishable products (e.g., food, flowers, fresh produce);
  • Hygiene products (e.g., underwear, socks, cosmetics) that have been opened and used;
  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, music, videos, software) that have been redeemed or downloaded;
  • Dangerous goods (e.g., alcohol, chemicals) except those compliant with transportation regulations.


2. Return Process

  1. Submit an Application: Within the return period, log in to your Platform account, go to the "My Orders" page, find the relevant order, and submit a return application, specifying the reason for return and relevant information (e.g., product photos, problem description);
  2. Review and Confirmation: We will review your return application within [3-5] business days of receipt. If approved, we will notify you of the return address and relevant notes via email or Platform notification; if rejected, we will explain the reason;
  3. Ship the Product: Within [7] days of receiving the approval notification, package the product and all accessories as required, ship them to the designated return address, and retain the tracking number for inquiry;
  4. Inspection and Processing: We will inspect the returned product within [3-5] business days of receipt. If the inspection is passed, the refund process will be initiated; if the inspection fails (e.g., damaged product, missing accessories), we will refuse the return, communicate a solution with you, and return the product to you if necessary (shipping costs borne by you).

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Method and Timeline

After the returned product passes inspection, we will process your refund within [3-7] business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on the processing procedures of the payment institution, generally [3-10] business days (delays may occur on holidays).


3.2 Refund Amount

The refund amount is the actual amount you paid for the product (excluding shipping fees from the original order, unless the return is due to our reasons, such as product quality issues or incorrect shipment). If you used coupons, discount codes, etc., when purchasing, the refund will be calculated after deducting the corresponding discount amount.


3.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Return applications submitted after the return period expires;
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or have incomplete packaging/accessories, affecting secondary sale;
  • Return applications that fail our review;
  • Products specified in Section 1.2 of this Policy as non-returnable (except for quality issues);
  • Products not purchased through our Platform.


4. Quality Issues and Exchange Policy

4.1 Handling of Quality Issues

If the product you received has quality issues (e.g., performance malfunctions, material discrepancies, craftsmanship defects), please contact us within [7] days of receipt and provide relevant evidence (e.g., product photos, videos, inspection reports). We will provide return, exchange, or refund services as appropriate, and related shipping costs will be borne by us.

4.2 Exchange Process

If you need an exchange (e.g., incorrect size, wrong color, and meeting exchange conditions), please submit an application in accordance with the return process, specifying "Exchange" and the required specifications, color, etc. of the replacement product. After our review and approval, you ship back the original product, and we will send the replacement product after the original product passes inspection. Shipping costs incurred during the exchange process will be borne by us if the exchange is due to our reasons; if due to personal reasons, shipping costs will be borne by you.



5. Shipping Fee Instructions

  • For returns or exchanges caused by our reasons (e.g., product quality issues, incorrect shipment, missing items), round-trip shipping costs will be borne by us;
  • For returns or exchanges caused by personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect size, wrong purchase), the shipping cost for returning the product will be borne by you. The shipping cost for resending the product (for exchanges) will be subject to the Platform's shipping policy at that time;
  • If you used the free shipping service provided by the Platform, and the return is due to personal reasons, we may deduct the shipping cost of the original order from the refund.


6. Limitation of Liability

We shall only be liable for quality issues of the products sold on the Platform itself, and shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the products (e.g., loss of profits, inconvenience). If the product you received differs materially from the description on the product detail page, we shall only be liable for return, exchange, or refund, and shall not bear any additional compensation liability (unless otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations).

Your continued purchase of products after the Policy is revised constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. This Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the U.S. federal government and states. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with relevant legal provisions.
